Graag aandacht voor de volgende punten waarbij niet direct toegang tot de praktijk mogelijk is:
- U ervaart milde klachten, neusverkoudheid, hoesten of koorts
- U heeft huisgenoten of familieleden met koorts of benauwdheidsklachten
- Er is bij iemand in uw nabije omgeving de afgelopen 2 weken Corona vastgesteld
- U heeft zelf Corona gehad
In deze gevallen vragen wij u telefonisch contact met ons op te nemen.
Wij verzoeken u bij binnenkomst van de praktijk de handen te desinfecteren.
